Supervision is a place of professional support for the therapist both in difficult questions of working with clients, and strategically, in a question of the organization of good, stable, interesting practice.
As a supervisor, I focus on maximizing the therapist's support in understanding his/her individual therapeutic style and identity, based on the theory of both the Gestalt approach and psychodynamic directions (primarily the relational psychoanalytic perspective).
The purpose of my supervisory work is
to assist the supervisee in building stable practice, understanding his/her limitations, advantages and work strategies. I have organized my sustainable private practice while studying at the second stage of Gestalt therapy at UGI, and will be able to support novice Gestalt therapists in all matters relating to its organization.
