Psychotherapy is my second profession, chosen as consciously as possible after several years of personal therapy and understanding that this is exactly what I really want to do, what inspires me and what I succeed in.
I have been undergoing personal therapy and training since 2015.
In my pre-therapeutic experience I had an outwardly successful career in business journalism and PR; while experiencing a deep internal crisis, severe anxiety, panic attacks and depressive episodes. The birth of my first child allowed me to touch on very important, basic issues of human life - issues of love, intimacy, deep, complex and ambiguous feelings. I am convinced that various aspects and ways of experiencing love are the main issues of therapy.
As a therapist, I am attentive, sensitive, involved, I am able to withstand and share the complex feelings of people who come to me. As a therapist I am based on values: basic ethics, respect, invaluability, interest in the uniqueness and experience of each person. I like to work deeply, to be engaged in therapy of character and basic patterns of experience and behavior which do not satisfy.
You can talk to me about the difficult, the shameful, the vulnerable, the painful, the fearful, and the unbearable; as well as about the intimate, the desired, the beloved and the desirable.
I have a stable, well-developed private practice since 2017. New clients come to me for therapy mainly according to the recommendations of my clients and colleagues. I study a lot and constantly; psychotherapy requires regular development of oneself as a specialist and a person.
My personal experience includes living through the war both in Ukraine (until mid-2024) and abroad, forced emigration, waiting for my husband to return from the front and his rehabilitation. I live in Spain (Alicante region). I am married and have three children.
